5 medium green tomatillo
1 clove garlic
1 to 3 jalapeños, halved and seeded
1/3 bunch fresh cilantro
1/2 large white onion
1 avocado
Salt to taste
In medium sauce pan, boil then simmer for 7 minutes

1/3 of onion
Jalapeños
Enough water to cover
Strain cooked ingredients
Throw all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
Serve immediately and/or store up to 3 days
