1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¾ cup orange juice
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup minced green onions
In wok, heat 1 tsp oil, add and cook ~3 minutes
Carrots
Celery
Add 1 tsp oil and chicken then cook ~5 minutes
Mix
Orange juice
Soy sauce
Honey
Ginger
Cornstarch
Add mix to wok and cook until thickened
Plate and top with cashews and green onions
