Sauce (or skip making your own and buy the bottle)
1/4 cup beef broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
Lo Mein
Stir fry beef
Lo mein noodles (this one should be obvious)
Julienne carrots
Chopped broccoli
Chopped cauliflower
Garlic
Sesame oil for frying
Mix sauce ingredients (or not).
Stir fry beef then vegetables. Easiest to do them separately and combine later.
Add beef and vegetables back together and toss with garlic.
Add lo mein noodles and sauce. Toss together and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
