Ingredients

• Crust

  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch Churros Cereal

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

• Filling

  • 2 1/2 pounds cream cheese, softened

  • 1 3/4 cups white sugar

  • 1/4 cup cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

1. Combine butter and box of churros cereal in food processor

2. Lightly spray 10-inch springform pan with Pam or equivalent

3. Spread crumbs in pan. Press against sides and bottom to form crust

4. Preheat oven to 475 deg F

5. While oven heats, mix filling ingredients, except cream, in a mixer until smooth. Once smooth, add cream and mix just until blended. Pour filling into crust.

6. Bake at 475 for 10 minutes

7. Reduce temperature to 200 deg and continue cooking for 1 hour

8. Turn off oven and leave cake in for 1 additional hour

9. Move to refrigerator and chill overnight
