1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
Shaved Parmesan cheese to taste
Cook pasta
Melt butter in skillet
Add garlic then cook ~1 minute
Add then cook ~3 minutes
Scallops
Basil
Parsley
Add and bring to simmer
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Cream
Plate and top with Parmesan cheese
